My name is Rachel Brant and I am a warm, empathic and supportive counsellor. I offer Individual and Couple Counselling in Frome, Bath and Trowbridge. I hold a Diploma in Humanistic & Integrative Counselling (bcpc) and additional Training to work as a Couples Therapist. I am a member of The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy(bacp).

Counselling can provide a safe, confidential non judgemental space in which you can talk through and explore issues which may be causing you pain and difficulty in your life. The focus may be on a specific crisis or on a wider exploration of the origins of personal problems.

Whatever your concern, the emphasis is on offering you a supportive and accepting space in which you can reach a clearer understanding of yourself and your present situation, helping you to find your own answers.

I work with both individuals on a focused short term basis or in Longer Psychotherapeutic Counselling possibly with an agreed time period. I have additional training as a couple therapist, with specific supervision for working with couples. The length of therapy is dependant on the issues bought to counselling and needs of the individual client.

I work in Private Practice from Grosvenor Street in Bath, towards the East side of Bath and also from my home in Rode, Somerset, which is within easy reach of Trowbridge, Frome, Bath, Bradford-On-Avon, Warminster and Beckington.
