Individual & Couple Counselling

In my Practice, based in Bath and Rode, Somerset, I offer a safe, confidential and supportive environment in which to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences. I work with you to explore the difficulties you may be experiencing in your life at the moment, help you to think about what you would like to see change and think about how change may be possible. This may include working through unhelpful patterns of relating or difficult experiences from the past. Whatever your concern, the emphasis is on offering you a supportive and accepting space in which you can reach a clearer understanding of yourself and your present situation, helping you to find your own answers.

I trained at Bath Centre for Counselling and Psychotheraphy and hold a Diploma in Humanistic & Integrative Counselling. I have additional Training to work with couples and am a member of The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and
am bound by their Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Counselling can provide a safe, confidential non judgemental space in which you can talk through and explore issues which may be causing you pain and difficulty in your life. The focus may be on a specific crisis or on a wider exploration of the origins of personal problems. I work with individuals on a focused short term basis or in Longer Psychotherapeutic Counselling possibly with an agreed time period. The length of therapy is dependant on the issues bought to counselling and needs of the individual client.
